1. Agreement
By booking a stay with Luxury Rental Management ("we", "us") you agree to these Terms of Service and to the cancellation policy shown on the property and at checkout. If you book for others, you accept on their behalf.
2. Booking & payment
Prices are shown in MXN or USD and you are charged in the currency you select — the amount shown is exactly the amount charged (cross-currency figures include our conversion rate). By booking you authorize the stated deposit to be charged now and the remaining balance to be charged before check-in to the same card, or payment in full if you choose it.
Your reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Taxes and the cleaning fee are itemized before you pay.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Each property has a specific cancellation policy, shown on its page and in the payment summary. The policy you accepted at booking is the one that applies.
Refunds are calculated by that policy and the date you request cancellation. Outside the refund window, the booking is non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks & disputes
You agree the disclosed cancellation policy is binding. Initiating a chargeback for a booking cancelled outside the refund window, or otherwise contrary to these Terms, is a breach of this agreement.
Before disputing any charge, you agree to contact us first at stays@luxrentalmgmt.com to resolve it. Luxury Rental Management retains the timestamped record of your acceptance of these Terms and of the policy, and will submit it to contest invalid disputes.
5. House rules & occupancy
Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy. Parties and events are not permitted without prior written approval. Follow each home's house rules, quiet hours, and respect neighbors.
You are responsible for everyone at the property during your stay.
6. Damage & security
You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. We may request a security deposit or charge documented damages to your card.
Report any issue immediately so we can address it during your stay.
7. Liability & force majeure
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, utility outages, force majeure); in such cases we will work in good faith to relocate you or refund you.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico (Guanajuato). Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction of San Miguel de Allende.
